Lago De Vita

Lago de Vita, located in both Hempfield and Unity Townships in Westmoreland County, PA, is a private community that captures the innate pastoral beauty of western Pennsylvania, residing in close proximity to cultural, shopping and sporting amenities.  It was designated a Planned Residential Development in July of 1977, and became a premier area to build homes of architectural distinction, boasting beautiful spacious and gracious homes, as well as beautiful town homes, patio homes, and condominiums.  This beautiful community is nestled among century old trees and open green spaces.

The Lago de Vita Homeowners Association, known as the Communities of Lago de Vita (CLDV), helps to ensure the community's common interests are preserved, and maintains the common areas and the road system.

CLDV is a confederation made up of several individual home owners' associations that include Alta Vita (high-rise condominiums), The Reserve (patio homes), Casa Vita (spanish-styled town homes), Villa Lago (single-family homes), and Lakeridge (large traditional town homes).  Homeowners pay a modest annual maintenance fee to support the communities' improvements and activities.

People of all ages, from new borns to centurians, enjoy the quality of living, friendly neighbors and beautiful surroundings offered by Lago de Vita!
